Um Ihre Bestellung ausführen zu können benötigen wir die Instrument-Info-Datei Ihres Keyboards.
Unsere Software-Lizenzen sind Einzelplatz-Lizenzen. Sie sind an das Keyboard geknüpft, dessen Instrument-Info-Datei zur Erstellung der Software übermittelt wurde. Sie können daher nicht auf andere Keyboards übertragen werden.
Über die genauen Lizenzbedingungen, sowie die Weitergabe oder den Verkauf Ihrer Lizenzen an Dritte, können Sie sich in unserer Endverbraucher-Nutzungsvereinbarung für Software von CMS-Sounddesign (Lizenzrechte) (Deutsche Fassung / Englische Lese-Fassung) informieren. Dieser Lizenzvereinbarung stimmen Sie mit der Bestellung unserer Produkte zu.

In order to process your order, we need the instrument-info-file of your keyboard.
Our software licenses are single-user licenses. They are linked to the keyboard whose instrument info file was sent to create the software. Therefore they cannot be transferred to other keyboards.
You can find out more about the exact license conditions and the transfer or sale of your licenses to third parties in our end user agreement for software from CMS-Sounddesign (license rights) (German version / English reading version). You agree to this license agreement by ordering our products.

Vous pouvez en savoir plus sur les conditions de licence exactes et le transfert ou la vente de vos licences à des tiers dans notre contrat d'utilisateur final pour les logiciels de CMS-Sounddesign (droits de licence) (version allemande / version de lecture anglaise). Onze softwarelicenties zijn licenties voor één gebruiker. Ze zijn gekoppeld aan het toetsenbord, waarvan het instrumentinformatiebestand is verzonden om de software te maken. Ze kunnen daarom niet worden overgedragen naar andere toetsenborden.
Meer informatie over de exacte licentievoorwaarden en de overdracht of verkoop van uw licenties aan derden leest u in onze eindgebruikersovereenkomst voor software van CMS-Sounddesign (licentierechten) (Duitse versie / Engelse leesversie). U gaat akkoord met deze licentieovereenkomst door onze producten te bestellen.
